The deceased pensioners’ heirs with reductions in the main pension between June 2015 and May 2016 can apply for reimbursement of the reductions.

Submit your application:

• any adult heir
• the legal guardians of each minor heir

Here are the steps:

• submit the application with all necessary information and certificates by 21 December 2020
• if you do not have all the requested certificates, please attach them electronically by 28 February 2021

You will need:

• your personal Taxisnet credentials
• your AMKA
• the IBAN of your account
• certificate of guarantor relatives
• certificate of non-renunciation of succession
• certificate of non-publication of a will

The certificate of non-publication of a will need to be attached only if there is no published will and only if it is issued by one of the following small claims courts:
