The heirs of pensioners who died after 1 October 2019 and had more than 30 years of insurance can apply for reimbursement of retrospective amounts as redefined.

Submit your application:

• any adult heir
• the legal guardians of each minor heir

You will need:

• your personal Taxisnet credentials
• your AMKA
• the IBAN of your account
• certificate of guarantor relatives
• certificate of non-renunciation of succession
• certificate of non-publication of a will (where applicable)
