Natural and legal persons may submit a declaration to the TAAE for the control of propagating material of agricultural plant species (not regulated under Community or national provisions) upon arrival in the country from EU Member States for:

• trafficking
• breeding
• needs for sowing and planting of agricultural holdings
• nursery business needs
• environmental experimentation/regeneration/exhibitions
• own use by research institutions

for the following cultivated plant species:

• crops grown on a large scale
• vegetables
• aromatic pharmaceuticals
• ornamentals
• fruit plants/trees
• vineyards

They will need to:

• fill in your personal Taxisnet credentials
• fill in your personal details (1th time)
• fill in the application details and attach the required supporting documents (see them in the application form)
