Shipowners of professional fishing vessels may declare fishing tourism, provided that your vessel has:

• a total length of up to 15 metres.
• professional authorisation to fish with gear other than bottom trawls (trawlers) and boat seines (winch trawls).
• the conditions for professional tourist vessels in accordance with Article 3 (1) (c) of the Joint Ministerial Decision on the subject.
• certificate of Airworthiness (Safety Certificate, General Inspection Protocol, Ship Permit, if applicable.
• a special accommodation for all passengers, so that they are safe during the fishing operation and at the same time do not obstruct it.

You need to:

• fill in your personal Taxisnet credentials
• fill in your personal details (1th time)
• fill in the application form
• attach the required supporting documents (see them in the application form)
• select the mode of receipt

Upon submission, you will receive an e-mail containing the details of your application (reference number and application file) and the contact details of the competent regional directorate.

You will then be informed by e-mail of the result of the application and the document will be sent to you as you have chosen.

Today, the service is provided for the South Aegean Region. Other regions will gradually join.
