Notaries can:

• apply online for the documents you have drafted and signed
• get a registration certificate
• search the cadastral entries

You can also follow the status of each of your applications.
You will need:

• your codes at the Chamber of Notaries of Appeal of Athens, Piraeus, Aegean and Dodecanese
• your valid digital signature

Once you have submitted the application, the ‘Debt form’ will be issued within one working day.
You will then have to pay the amount due within 2 working days from the date of the Debt Form.

The service is provided for specific areas of coverage and is only operational on working days.
