If you are the beneficiary of an inheritable pharmacy that is in operation or is co-located with another pharmacy, you may:

• waive the right to retain it as an heir
• request the revocation of the pharmacy establishment licence issued by the deceased pharmacist

After the processing is complete, you will see the reply of the regional authority  in  your eBox. The document bears all the validation features of gov.gr records  (unique code, QR code, advanced electronic stamp) and can be used for any legal purpose.

Currently, the service is available in the Region of Attica. More regions will be gradually included in it.
