Architects and engineers can submit the withholding income tax return on the contractual fee:

• for studies and plans for spatial, urban, transport and hydraulic works
• for a project implementation directorate
• for the design and supervision of topographic works
• for studies and projects of any other nature and for their supervision
• for an expert opinion
