Register the decisions of the bodies of your company. Any other act or information necessary to keep it up to date shall also be recorded in the application.NEPA Register .
In order to manage the file, once the company has been set up, the recommendation handler must register the TIN received by your company.

You will need:

• corporate Taxisnet credentials
• enter the details of natural or legal persons and their representatives referred to in the Decisions
• issue and pay the right e-paraphrase (Code 3034)
• attach the necessary documentation for updating the NEPA Register

Please note that if the minutes of an annual general meeting are entered in order to update the NEPA Register, the report in question is simply submitted as a file and is not accompanied by a fee.

The procedure
The procedure is initiated by the legal representative of the company or by another authorised user – handler. The members of the board of directors or shareholders signing the minutes, as well as third persons referred to in the decisions of the bodies, will be invited to join the application in order to accept the report and sign the application for registration.
The procedure shall be concluded in a second year by the competent department of the Directorate for Maritime Investment and Maritime Tourism (International Maritime Tourism) of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food For Shipping and Island Policyexamining the new registration and approving it.

Upon registration of the decisions of the General Assembly or the NEPA Board of Directors, the text of the relevant minutes shall be made available to any interested party through the NEPA Register . The documents enter the citizen’s counter and carry the gov.gr. security features.

The minutes of the ACs or the Board of Directors are now available to anyone, the Certificate of Establishment and Representation and the Articles of Association of the Company. The documents enter theCitizen Vault the person concerned and bearing his or her security features gov.gr .
