You may request the establishment of your Shipping Company for Recreational Ships (NEPA) by registering the details of the shareholders, the Board of Directors and drawing up the company’s articles of association in accordance with a standard text.

The recommendation handler will need to:

• fill in your personal Taxisnet credentials
• fill in the name of the company and reserve its name
• please fill in the information relating to it
• please attach the necessary documentation for both the company and its shareholders and board of directors
• issue and pay the right (Code 3033)

As a shareholder or member of the board of directors of the company, they will need to:

• sign the recommendation request electronically using the link sent to you by email, by entering the application with your Taxisnet passwords (personal and corporate for legal persons).

The procedure
The process is initiated by the recommendation handler who may be one of the shareholders or another authorised person.

The procedure shall be concluded in a second year by the competent department of the Directorate for Maritime Investment and Maritime Tourism (International Maritime Tourism) of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food For Shipping and Island Policywhich shall examine and approve the Statutes.

At the end of the process, the company details are published in NEPA Register and the certificate of establishment and representation and the articles of association of the company are now available to anyone.
