2. You choose to set up a new company, carry out electronic pre-checks and reserve the name and distinctive title of the company.
3. Fill in all the elements of the standard articles of association electronically.
4. All members of the company shall accept the articles of association sent to them.

Subsequently, all the necessary steps are taken automatically (registration in a GEMI/Chamber, receipt of a tax identification number, notification of EFKA) and the certificate of recommendation is issued.
