- You choose to set up a new company, carry out electronic pre-checks and reserve the name and distinctive title of the company.
- Fill in all the elements of the standard articles of association electronically.
- All members of the company shall accept the articles of association sent to them.
Subsequently, all the necessary steps are taken automatically (registration in a GEMI/Chamber, receipt of a tax identification number, notification of EFKA) and the certificate of recommendation is issued.
