You can obtain a utility model certificate for three-dimensional objects with a defined shape and form, provided that:

• provide a solution to a technical problem
• have the characteristics of the new
• are industrially applicable

You can also submit additional documents in your file.

Award procedure:

• submit your application
• you have 4 months to correct or complete deficiencies
• the certificate is issued

You need to:

• register and authenticate with the Industrial Property Organisation (OBI)
• pay the fees for each stage of the procedure

The result will be sent to the IED mailbox.
