You can change the following elements of your supplementary protection certificate for a plant protection product:

• your name, legal form or registered office
• your personal details
• your power of attorney or representative
• the licensing of your patent
• your pledges
• annulment of your licence by court order
• the declaration of renunciation of your rights
• the transformation of the modifying patent into a basic patent;

You need to:

• enter your Industrial Property Organisation (OBI) passwords
• pay the fees, if any

The result will be sent to the IED mailbox.
