You can submit the translation of your restricted or revoked European patent (B3) within 3 months of the date of publication in the European Patent Office (EPO).

You can also submit additional documents in your file.

You should be aware of:

• the number and date of filing of the European application;
• the number and date of publication of the European Diploma

You need to:

• register and authenticate with the Industrial Property Organisation (OBI)
• attach a description, claims in Greece and a summary of your patent
• pay the fees for each stage of the procedure

The result will be sent to the IED mailbox.
