You can also submit additional documents in your file.

The diploma is a legal protection qualification with a duration of 20 years.

• submit your application
• you have 4 months to correct or complete deficiencies
• check for “” new “” and inventive activity and a research report is drawn up (with or without reasoned opinion)
• you have 3 months to comment on the report
• the final investigation report is drawn up (with or without a reasoned opinion)
• the patent is issued

You need to:

• register and authenticate with the Industrial Property Organisation (OBI)
• pay the fees for each stage of the procedure
