Electronic notification of debtors
Debtors who have joined the Insurance Debt Collection Centre (KEAO) can be contacted electronically by:
- invitations to settle debts
- individual notices of overdue debts
- debtors/employers the passwords to the electronic service to submit an APA
- the remaining debtors with the codes you provided when certifying
