The register shall record electronically all the information:

• passenger private use (private-use) vehicles leased with a driver
• of their drivers
• the providers of electronic or telephone intermediation of passengers;

In this way, both the legal operation of intermediaries and the leasing of private-use vehicles with a driver are checked.
