You can request the replacement of the High Speed Craft Operator Licence. The licence is replaced by the port authority that issued your licence.

They will need to:

• fill in your personal Taxisnet credentials
• please provide your email address
• please attach the necessary supporting documents
• send your original authorisation to the port authority that issued it

You will receive it either by e-mail or by registered mail.
